For booth displays, please use a “S” hook to hang signage from the drapery pipes. Safety Pins can be used for light material attached to the drapes. Don’t use straight pins as they pose a hazard to the draper company if forgotten. Do not hang heavy signs from the drapes or put any holes in the Drapes.
In both the Arena & Curling Club Venues the use of duct or carpet tape is not allowed. The residue from the tape effects the installation if the ice surfaces during the ice season.

The set-up of a booth must not block the line of sight for adjoining Vendor booth space.
Exhibitors must stay within allocated booth space and not encroach into the aisles or adjoining exhibitor booth space.

Please wear your Exhibitor name tag for entering the building
If handicapped parking is required, please see show management at the Show office at the time of registration and we will find the best location for you. We are attempting to maintain the parking in front of the Arena for attendee parking. These spots are very valuable for all of us to get as many attendees as possible through the doors.
There is limited parking at the facility for attendees. Exhibitors are asked to park in designated areas. If you have a trailer please contact the Show Management for parking arrangements.
If possible, please consider getting a ride to the show to free up parking spots.
Please make sure you arrive & stay in your booth during show hours. Please contact one of volunteers if you require any assistance.
We will be holding our free Vendor Breakfast on Saturday May 31 and Sunday June 1 starting at 7:30 am to 8:30 am. A Continental Breakfast will be served. Please be back in your booth by 8:45.
Food service will be available by order form. We will have this information available in the Information Package at the time of Registration. We have a great menu available in the Curling Club Lounge
Please be respectful of your fellow exhibitor and do not play loud music or loud promotional sound material.
If you have any questions or concerns during the show, please contact one of our many Volunteers . The garage doors at the rear of both the Arena & Curling Club will be always staffed with a volunteer during show hours and will have first Aid Kits available.
You will be provided with a list of emergency numbers and location of emergency equipment. Please familiarize yourself this list.
The show finishes on Sunday June 1 at 3:00 pm. Please wait to start tear down until our volunteers have cleared the venues of all visitors. This will assure us that we can keep everyone safe and secure.
For cardboard disposal there will be bins for cardboard outside of the back door of the arena as well as on the south side of the curling club.
