Nestled on our small homestead in Minden, Ontario, with my beautiful little family, I create products and experiences rooted in both tradition and intention. As an herbalist, I carefully cultivate and source most of the ingredients directly from my own land, ensuring everything I offer—whether skincare, teas, or wellness guidance—reflects purity, efficacy, and integrity.

Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself to learning and growing in health and wellness—especially after recovering from a serious health crisis—harnessing these experiences to help others make thoughtful, sustainable choices for their own well-being.

My focus is on clean, thoughtfully selected botanicals, free from fillers and preservatives, crafted with care to support vibrant, balanced living.
