Laura Bartlett

Laura grew up in Toronto and had the chance to live abroad in New York CIty and London (UK). She studied Interior Design at the prestigious KLC School of Design in the Chelsea area of London. Laura returned from London to help oversee a family owned restaurant business in cottage country. She also began working at Designers Plus Kitchen and Bath in Barrie in 2010.

behold design was started in August 2013 and found its permanent home at 20 Owen Street in downtown Barrie in 2019. She prides herself on meticulous spatial planning and ensuring that ALL designs are timeless.   

Amanda Marshall

Amanda grew up in Orangeville and moved to Barrie in 2014 to attend Interior Design studies at Georgian College. While completing her studies at Georgian, Amanda worked at Desert Tile. When she finished her Interior Design degree at Georgian, Amanda joined behold design in 2017.

Amanda leans towards a modern clean and sleek aesthetic, but loves the use of 'wood' accents to warm up a space. She enjoys looking at the future for the designs and innovative ideas that are "tomorrow" vs "yesterday".
